Hi buddies!
Well, I am back. Starting calorie counting again.
Holidays in Italy opened my eyes: I am eating way too much compared to one year ago.
The aims for now are:
-counting calories, to understand wht's my average calorie intake at the moment.
-reducing slowly calorie intake to 1500/1600 per day.
-creating aconstant gap of 700/800 calories per day
-loosing 5/7kgs
-allowing myself only one cheatday a week
-planning meals on advance, putting more attention in what I eat, evenwhen I have no time.
-keep going with sports, 3 times a week.
-finding a way to walk again 30min a day (it's cold out there!).

Yesterday I counted calories after ages Ihaven't. It wasmy choice to stop it, and atthat moment it was the rightthing to do. It's time to start back. Well, yesterday I tried to limitmyself to 2000cal. The point is, while on holidays in Italy, I have eaten waymorethan that! So, I had night cravings. I wasnot able togoon sleeping, so I had a cup of milk, a slice of bread, some grapes and some almonda.
The aim for tonight, is eating more veggies and filling stuff, so I will avoid night cravings.
Tonight there's a climbing class! :) I am learning leadclimbing, which means climbing "as first", bringing your own rope and clipping it every meter or so. It's fantastic!
After one year practicing this sport, I can clearly tell, I still love the emotions coming from this sport and learning every time how to deal with fear.
Then, on Wednesday I will start salsa classes with my partner! And on Thursday the usual swimming hour. And on Saturday, if the weather is ok, I will go hiking with a group of friends.

Time to get ready to go to work.
