10/7/2013 Not too good of a day. finished food from city island in the Bronx. fried porgy's some steamed vegetables and just a little of an over cooked potato. Also, a little dry yellow cake with chocolate frosting.

10/6/2013 I tried to be good, but the weekend was a bust. Had a taco for lunch. And city island food for dinner.

10/5/2013 Two large slices of pizza and watched World War Z.

But I still weighed in with a loss of 2.2 pounds. Makes me wonder what I would have lost if I didn't eat all that extra food. Things that make you go hhhhhhhhhmmmmm :-)
