My weight went down another pound this Saturday (165.5) but this morning it was back up to 168 so I decided to not record it. I went a little overboard with eating this weekend. Well probably not over 1,800 any day, but still I ate waaayyy too much sugar. I was craving coconut pecan frosting and so I ate some straight from the can. Probably a total of only 3 tablespoons over the span of the weekend, but still. I also had a junior sundae from Sonic and misc candies from Halloween. After a night of gross over-eating belches, I'm happy to say I'm over it. Some times when I start to have cravings, its like I just gotta give in, over-do it, and then not want any for awhile. This weekend was bad, but I doubt it affected me much.
