Added PB2 powdered peanut butter to food list (original and chocolate). I love this product. It is only 53.2 calories with 1.87 g fat for 2 T. You can be decadent without feeling bad about it.

Last week was a pretty good week. I didn't lose any pounds, but I feel good and feel lighter. Have to watch carbs as they are just so easy to eat (taste good, fast, etc). And need to eat more vegetables. They fill me up, taste good, but sometimes seem like I am in a rush to eat and don't want to take the time. I'll just have to tell myself . . . get over it.

I have signed up for 5 sessions with a trainer at the gym. Didn't want to use the equipment until I had a refresher.
