Met with the trainer today. Surprise, surprise . . . I need to move more. And use core muscles. He had me use the Epliptical machine (not one I have ever used before). I am sure I will feel like this one will kill me. Non-used muscles do complain! But I like his approach and explanations. Besides not moving, my core muscles need strengthening which will affect my posture. And I need to eat more calories (IF and only if I move more). So we will see how I do. It is a bit overwhelming. But if I want to weight less and if I want to be stronger this is what I need to do.
