Oh my Gosh! I don't know what to believe! Yesterday I had PÉ and 2 hours of volleyball practice and I até less than 500 cals! I didn't felt dizzy or even weak. Anyway, that's not what surprised me the most! While I was changing in the girls locker, one girl of my class said that I had lose some weight. I just could believed that she realised it! People say that you take 2 weeks to see your body's changes, best friends and family would take 4 weeks and the rest of the world would take 8 weeks. It has been just 13 days since I started doing the fast 5:2 diet, and actually I didn't noticed anything different in my body, so I just thought that she was making fun of me... Then when I got home and after taking a shower, I thought that if I wanted to see if she was right I should wear something that didn't fit me before doing this radical diet. So, I open my closet and looked for my old scouts uniform. The shorts didn't fit me since the ending of July. Guess what, it fit me perfectly. I was overjoyed! Anyway, I will only be 100% sure when I weigh in again. It's only 2 days left!
