Can't believe it, I though I was eating just the 500 cals but I wasn't! I ate more 142 cals! I completely forgot to add the ridiculous grain crackers I ate before the volleyball practice! Anyway, I've made my mind, tomorrow I won't eat more than 500 cals! No matter what! No excuses! I must do it. I have only 4 days to weigh in and I need to see some good results.
