Hooray! That "skinnier" feeling on Friday has translated into another 1.5 lb loss. Now 151 lbs, down from 153.5 on Oct 29. Did my treadmill routine this morning. Will face challenges next week, as I'm leaving for NYC on Monday, returning on Thursday. I'm planning to pack dinner for the flight out to NY, but will be at the mercy of restaurant and hotel food for Tues, Wed and Th morning, plus the usual air-travel water retention.

Helen, You are doing so well. Start drinking your water and that will help you on your flight. NYC has great choices of places to eat that I am sure are Atkins friendly. Just keep in mind not to get discouraged if the scale shows some water weight. You have been through this before, stick to the plan, exercise if you can (hey walk, Xmas shop) NYC is great in the fall. Hopefully your business time won't completely tie you up.

Thanks, Sassy, for the good advice. Will start chugging water now. I used to be a "window" person on airplanes, but have switched to "aisle," bc I've started chugging a lot of water on flights, necessitating frequent trips to the bathroom! BTW, I noticed your new profile picture; you look great!
