Just a really quick note because I have to run out the door!
2473.5 slowly peeling my week-end excesses back away. 2 more lbs to get back to my low point. A LOT of water again today and Hot Tea. Not fasting but going to eat extra light before going back to my norm. Aerobics on the agenda for the evening. going to push for at least 45 minutes purely on Aerobics maybe an hour we shall see.

ooo new mini goal. I THINK if my calculations are correct that at 237 my bar should go orange :)
