Oh my god! I did it! And I was not too hungryy! oh my god! I can't believe in it. I have just had volleyball practice and with only 300cals for today and I didn't pass out or even felt weak! This is amazing! Of course, my mother couldn't feel happy for me and made me have dinner. I was already predicting they were going to make me eat so I left more a less 100 cals for dinner.

Please make sure that you eat more than 400 calories a day. It will destroy your metabolism, and it really isn't going to help you. At all. You need to eat healthy food in a good balance, at the very least 1200 calories. Your performance as an athlete will definitely improve if you eat properly.

Of course. It was a missunderstanding. I had only ate 300 cals before practice. Then when I got home I ate again.
