Hello, there! LP99 here!

Well, here's a little about me:

I love broccoli, onions, pasta, and chicken is my FAVORITE meat! Without a doubt, I love chicken; fried, grilled, in pasta, in soup, love me some chicken!

I am clinically overweight, and doing this for my health. I do NOT believe in fad diets, dramatic caloric restriction, or eating only one food group. You need to lose weight healthfully, or you won't keep it off!

Anyway, I like FatSecret so far, and I can't wait to find my way around.

The most weight that I have lost is 16 pounds, and currently I have gained back 10 of those pounds for not remaining committed. I am here to get my much needed motivation.

True food addiction - anyone else?
Keld- thanks for sharing! I am going to try this, though it seems a bit odd. However, if it'll help then I'll do it!

To the OP: I try to eat a healthy diet throughout the day (lean protein, whole grains, fruits & veggies, LF or FF dairy). Then, if I want chocolate,I'll have chocolate! However, I try to do it in a controlled amount. If it isn't, then my whole day (and sometimes week) is screwed up.

Well, I felt a bit sick after watching the tapping; just like the host!

First Binge in 4 Weeks
Well, it certainly shook me up! :/ However, this week I lost 1.8 pounds. I think that it was good to get it out of my system. And yeah, I've had worse binges, too. I know that at parties in the past I ate half of the cookies and chips there! But hey, at least I got this over with.

Thank you so much for the much needed support. I certainly have been trying very hard, and this was just what I needed to shake me up and get me back on track. After all, a set back is a set up for a comeback!

First Binge in 4 Weeks
I had my first binge in 4 weeks! I had been doing a wonderful job, and suddenly, BAM! Binge time!

Here is what I ate: 1 fudge round
1 honey bun
2 servings chips, RF
1.5 servings LF, LC ice cream
1 serving peanut butter crackers

I only had some light meat chicken for dinner, because I had stuffed myself full of so many carbs! On WW, this added up to 30 Points+, which is nearly my total allowance for ONE DAY! Sad I am so very ashamed.

Any help for getting back on track after a bad day? I am on Weight Watchers, but any help would be very nice. Tomorrow is weigh in day (and I chose to binge NOW?!) and I usually eat very light on that day anyway.

I thought that if I told someone, that it would help. So there. I got it all out. Any advice?

Well, I thought I would share this, which I found today while watching the Biggest Loser.

Go to walk.walgreens.com, and you can make a free account there! Every day when you go on a walk, log your steps there and you will get free in-store rewards and coupons! Just for joining, I got coupons for Sprite-Zero, Dasani, Vaseline, and Dr. Sholl's Massaging Inserts.

So if anyone else wants to try this completely free service courtesy of Walgreens, then make an account and start! I'm curious to see if anyone else will like this; I do so far.
