today it has been a week and 1 day since I undertook this eating revision. I have not weighed but I don't really feel lighter. It has taken a week to just get somewhat acclamated to the atkins way of eating. I am still down on my caloric content, but I don't really remember eating much more than I am now. Just way more sugar, ie. vitamin water 2 or 3x a day. sugar in my coffee. a few more snacks here and there. Hard candy or popcorn at night. I am thinking snacking has been my biggest downfall. I don't really eat cookies and pastry that much, but if it was there I might have a few. I guess I need to concentrate on getting my intake up to 1800. I wish I was in less pain I would start exerxising. My clothes feel a tiny bit loose but not by much more than a 1/4 of an inch or so. But I'm patient and determined to do this. So......
