I am now getting the hang of this website and now including my exercise during each day...phew it takes time to put all the data in lol.. I have adjusted my weight loss to 1lb a week as I cannot eat more simple as that.. I eat more now than ever... so it will be interesting to see whether the assumption from my dietitian as well as my doctor is right. That if I eat more regular meals during the day it will help to kick in my metabolism.. tomorrow will be the proof.. However, I am prepared for the diet to take a few weeks before weight loss starts if I have gained weight and continue to gain weight then I will seriously be discussing with my doctor WHY? Mind you water aerobics will be starting soon so probably that will help to kick start my metabolism off even more... fingers crossed..
