Not a light day at all! Seriously, I could have shot my father for bringing home PIZZA HUT PASTA!!!!!!!!!

But it was good. I did limit myself to 1/2 cup of each kind and made sure to have a salad (side size) with..

And I thought I did SOO well until dinner came.

It's alot harder to stay focused on your diet when you're in a work environment with people who have bad things to eat ALL day long.. cookies, fruit bars.

I did weigh myself this morning, and it was 267, so I did come down from those 3 pounds, but I have a BIG feeling, it will be up again tomorrow.
