These first two months of me deciding to lose weight have not been the best. I've actually gained weight :p I need to hit the reset button, and give it another go. At least I've realized that I need to get healthy. I thought once I decided to lose weight that it'd be easy, I made a choice and that was it. I get now that it takes discipline,and motivation. Here's to a new start that I actually stick with!!

Like a lot of people say, you don't gain the weight over night, and you won't lose it over night either. It's so much harder to lose than to gain and it does take a lot of discipline and motivation. So, what's your motivation? That's what I'm working on figuring out right now too. You can do it!!

Mars2kids my health. I have a fear all this extra weight is going to bite me in the butt sooner than later. Thank you blue box lol :) and thanks kmunson :)

I thought I was having the same issue but then I measured myself and found out I lost another inch and also measured my body fat percentage and realize that's dropped too even though the numbers on the scale keep going up. Have you tried measuring your waist and the like to see if there's any change there? If there's a loss of inches then gotta be doing something right XD I know that's what made me stop panicking.
