2 pounds down! 3 pounds from goal! Now if I just keep it up, I'll make it! I'm sure I can handle the maintenance THIS TIME and WILL NOT PUT BACK ON THE WEIGHT! I AM ADAMANT ABOUT THAT! Daily weigh-ins are a MUST! I know that, now! and any time I'm more than 2 lbs over goal, I've got to 'reel it in'!
