Had a few rough days where I felt like I was getting nowhere and was ready to give up....but my mother (who never has anything good to say) told me my butt and legs are looking smaller...I don't see it yet, but if she does its a good sign. Motivation renewed just when I needed it! Hopefully I see some lbs go shortly!!!

I'm glad you got that boost on a rough day. You've been working hard, and even if the pounds aren't going quickly you are making yourself healthier. I hope that scale starts moving in the right direction for you!

We never see it on ourselves, Mama. I've lost 30 lbs so far and really can't tell by looking in the mirror. I CAN tell by my clothing, though. Some things are getting too baggy to wear. So keep an eye on that. You might not be losing in pounds but in inches. Maybe try taking your measurements once a month. See if you can tell by that. Good luck and keep at it!!! Dee :)
