Day 2 of full blown weight watchers...success :) even with my brother's birthday party i had the tiniest piece of cake and stopped!! pretty pleased with myself. I was honest and added EVERYTHING i ate into my food journal (a new trend for me) and was pleased that i didn't go over my allotted calories, but definitely need to cut down! almost everything i consume is carbs blah! Still...im feeling less "ruled by food" than i was last week :) just the kick off that i wanted.
