Down again this morning, to 156 for a total loss of 11 lbs since Aug 23. Seem to be losing at a slow, steady rate. Hope that's good. Not traveling and exercising regularly seems to help a lot. Got in my daily 2.5 miles on the treadmill this morning. Exercised 6 days last week; hope to do the same this week. And my weight bar turned orange!

good for you Helen :-) We're at the same weight. I a still holding onto a slight gain because of travel. Every time I fly, I retain water. It seems worst this time because I took the red eye and I slept some but not enough. Keep up the good work with the exercise.

Thanks, Sassy. I agree that travel is a real bummer. Took me 3 days to get rid of the extra water on my last trip. I hope you had a good visit with your daughter.
