Well, I discovered the Calorie Counter App for my Android phone a couple months ago and have found that it has actually been a helpful aid in my weight loss, simply because it helps me keep track of my food intake and so I have been making some wiser choices in the foods that I choose. So far I have lost almost 7 pounds. It isn't much, but considering that I haven't changed much in my diet routine other than paying more attention to what I eat, it is pretty good! :)
