Just made my tastiest salad yet. Grated 1/2 carrot and 1/2 apple together; mixed in 1/2 tsp lazy garlic and 1 cap of white wine vinegar; added 50g chopped Sopocka (Polish lean ham); and topped with 1 sp (25g) low-fat cottage cheese. Delicious!

Sounds good. What is lazy garlic?

"Lazy garlic" is just garlic but it comes pre-chopped in a plastic jar, to save you doing it for yourself (or you forgot to buy it/didn't have time). Makes this salad super-quick and easy!
