The "Weigh in Now" sign is red. But I'm going to ignore it because I know I gained this week. I overate three or four of the seven days. Last night I did again. So I've decided to drain the cupboards of any unnecessary carbohydrates -- breads and cereal, mainly. Sugar is not bothering me. It's been so long since I've indulged in sweets that the thought of them is actually sickening. But bread is my comfort food, and I need to clear it out as well. I can do it! And then hopefully by this time next week I can record a maintain or even a loss.
