Well yesterday was my first test eating out and I passed. We went to Red Robbin which I haven't been to in over a year only because we do not have one in our city we were out of town. I am so proud of myself - I ditched the bun on my burger, had salad instead of fries, and drank water. Water is great and free lol. After the scale not moving for two days I jumped on today and to my surprise went down 2 more pounds which is a total of 11 in 10 days!!!!! I started to do 40 squats per day yesterday at least its something right. I can do 20 before getting too tired. I WILL start on my workout videos this weekend for sure! Feeling great I know I can do this. We are already planning our next trip to Cali so my father in law can throw my baby a big bday party, I have 6 months to try to drop 50lbs, wow would the family be surprised to see me! I refuse to be a part of the fat girl club anymore, my confidence WILL be restored!

lol You're right, water is great and free. 11 lbs in 10 days, you are really doing this. Squats are a great lower body workout, I love them. At the rate you are going, I know that you can drop the 50lbs in 6 months, probably more. I would say good luck, but you don't need it. You will achieve your goals!

Oh man Banathallah your comments gave me the chills. Your comments are what's helping keep me going! I sure hope I can actually I know I can and I know you can. I know I have a long way to go and can remember getting jealous when seeing other people lose weight but I never gave it my all. I prepared myself for over a month for this because we were going to Cali for vacation for the 4th and I just didnt wanna start a diet before we left so I think that helped me a lot.

Very nice job staying on track while eating out, I know that's not always so easy to do. Eleven lbs in a week and 1/2 is amazing! It's obvious how much this means to you to lose the weight and how strong your will to succeed is! Keep it up, you CAN do this!
