No se cuanto he logrado bajar esta semana... debo dejar de comer cosas engordantes para la cena...:(
I don´t know how much I have lost this week... I need to stop having the fattening stuff for dinner...:(
And I also need to stop reading about nutrition and exercise... seems everyone has their own opinion and makes me confused at times. I will stick to what I´ve been doing, as it has worked wonders for me :D
