Day 14 (Week 2): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

So Old man scale has decided I need to back off and give him his space. I think it's time to stop weighing in daily and got to every other or maybe every third day. I think the honeymoon stage is over and it's time for slow and steady and smoothing out the ups and downs as best I can. I would still like to be at 255 by the end of the week but for now I need to get back down to 257. This is just a natural fluctuation and I know that. I may not record my weight here but not sure if I am ready to split off from the scale completely for two or three days at a time yet we shall see! :D

So my walk 15 minutes a day challenge is not going so well. I finally walked yesterday but it was the same day as my yoga so only counted for but so much :) I should I will walk today and saturday so at least it will be 3 times this week if not the full 5 x.

Still doing pretty well with my food choices. Eating a LOT healthier and staying within my caloric intake goals.


A little less than 1/2 of the way to my floor goal of 13lbs by November, now, but I have plenty of time and I have a feeling I may drop like 3 in the next few days to even out the fluctuations since I have really been pretty darn good! :) So after I meet my floor goal (looking like by the end of September, easily) my new mid goal to strive for will be to weigh in at 245 which is 18lbs from the beginning of the challenge and 13 from now :) But I will do even BETTER than that! 235 I am coming for you!!

1st things first. Reach 255 then 250 then worry about the others :D

Yeah I agree with you weighing in every few days is better. Sometimes I just can't help myself I gotta know. Keep up the great Losing!

Yeah I don't know if I can stop. It also keeps me focused but I am fluctuating more than usual these last to weeks.
