1.8lb gain from yesterday.It had to have been the carrots, the peanuts and the all the swimming in the sun. Plus i didn't pre-calcualte any of my intake. I figured for Father's Day I wasn't gonna worry about calories. Well...my metabolism obviously isn't ready for that yet.
