It's really cool outside, which is a pretty drastic change from days passed.. and it's giving me a KILLER headache. Plus, I've been in a rather sour mood off and on all day.. I haven't worked out either today, for fear it's going to increase my headache.

I have some sad news. It turns out that I stepped on the scale wrong the last time I weighed in.. as there were also clothes on the very tip corner of the scale.. and completely threw everything off.. I'm going to fix it as staying at 274..

Must stop snacking. Something's off about today, and it's completely messing my brain up. My STOMACH IS FULL...but I have this need to find something to eat.. go to the fridge.. scrounge around. I think I'm being tempted, and it's not a very fun test. I've only given in to the cereal straw and the bite of the lo mein noodles. Still.. bad bad carbs.. I AM glad that i got a salad and a low-cal soup in for lunch..

More than likely if your full but still feel like eating, then you're bored or thirsty. If you must scrounge in the fridge keep water in there and everytime you open it up get some water. If nothing else it will keep you hydrated and help with the cravings. You're doing great!

Yes, water, water, water. Water 'til it comes out of your ears! Way to stay strong...I hate those temptation days!

I did drink 20 ozs. of water the last time I went to it, okay, more like chugged. And then I put on my shoes, put some water in a bottle, packed up my son's little snacks and juice, and took him on a stroller ride. I got a mile in while it was misting outside. I WAS so bored, and it sucks that that's what happens when I'm not doing something with Owen or studying.
