Ruhu's Journal, 10 June 2013

Slept from 10 pm - 6 am, and feeling soooo much better! And, while I didn't eat my healthiest yesterday & did eat more than my norm, I ate mindfully with intention & attention... and that is the goal as I'm finally beginning to realize!

Off to workout, then to work, but will start my day in prayer --

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.
Amen.

And for this one day, and each one meal, moment, bite & emotion at a time, I'll part, breathe, post & express my way through. xoxox
