Today I really feel good. I guess I was suprize when I got on the scale and saw that I had lost 1 pound. I have not been walking but I will today. I need to get myself some time for me. Today my flex points start over. I have been told by two wonderful people since I join that its okay to use your flex points. I was trying so hard not too. That is why i love this site so much .You learn some thing new all the time on here. People on here are so helpful and caring and when you do not have suport at home like me that really matters. I still have a log way to go to get to my goal, but as long has I have this site and all these wonderful people on my side I can and will do this....


I have to learn to love myself and that is very hard thing to do when I look at myself every day . People are not very nice when you are over weight either. I do not have any real friends and I guess its becasue of my weight.

But I know one thing, I am going to lose this weight for me and only me and I will learn to love myself again.
