Just did my first ever Pilates class and pretty tough it was too, despite being for beginners! I'm so impressed by some of the others there, especially the ones with white hair and the flexibility of 10-year olds. Perhaps if I keep doing the classes, I'll be like that by the time my hair's white :-)
