Day 5

Reading about the thyroid meds I am taking. Not very promising. Gotta switch. No wonder I can never lose a pound when the meds aren't working. Met my calorie goal in spite of the big lunch I had.
Having a project to do, on a time schedule, helped me to keep food out of mind and mouth!!!

I may get put on Thyroid Medication also. My Dr.s been checking my levels for the past 8 months and they are more ofter than not below normal levels. I read that you can diet and exercise all you want and not lose a lb. I'm interesting in learning more about the medications they usually prescribe.
