5/21/13 Day 5
Reading about the thyroid meds I am taking. Not very promising. Gotta switch. No wonder I can never lose a pound when the meds aren't working. Met my calorie goal in spite of the big lunch I had. Having a project to do, on a time schedule, helped me to keep food out of mind and mouth!!!
