Day 4

Learned that my thyroid medication is not working the way it is suppose to. So gonna change from levothyroxine to dessicated thyroid. I have all the classic synptoms that Dr. David Bernstein talked about on his video. They really aren't much better since I have been taking synthroid and levothyroxine. But until then. I met my goal again today to stay under 1900 calories. Tomorrow there is a luncheon for the retirees at work. I must keep my head and keep my eating in check. Wish me luck!!!!
