Up early! My son starts his internship in New York today & while thankfully no one was seriously hurt in the train collision in CT, it has disrupted his commute. The train he would take is canceled for now, so he had to get up & on the road before 6! For me, thats the norm on most days, but for a college student, its the equivalent of torture -- welcome to the real world, my son!

I'm feeling great, healthy from last week's cleanse & ready to stay my course. While I looooooove having my baby home, having him working full-time gives me the time during the day that I'm so used to for myself... just maybe not so much today as I'm working, but more so as the week progresses. So off to workout this morning & then on to work, but first I'll begin my day in prayer --

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

And for this one day, meal, moment, bite & emotion, I'll pray, breathe, log, post & express my way through. xoxox

Enjoy having your son home! I miss those days. I don't get to see my son's enough. Glad you are feeling better this week after your last week's cleanse.
