Okay so restuarant food is harder. I got lunch from Whole Foods and it's fairly healthy but I KNOW the closest choices I found in the food listing do not state enough calories.

The salmon was stuffed with artichokes some cheese. The Squash was baked with some honey and oil.....I did double a serving of salmon in hopes it would make up the fdifferenc ebut I just don't know.
