So I truly started a couple weeks ago but I need to buckle down and try harder. I was writing down a journal in a litttle notebook but I like how the one here tells you how many calories.
I do take a fish oil pill and multivitam with my MonaVie in the morning. Not sure if this affects the calorie count. The Fish Oil at least will probably do so.
