When I'm home with my SO is when I fail the most. I want to cook for him and when he has the munchies I don't want to be left out of the munching... I need to find away to feed him without feeling guilty and needing to eat also.

Those are habits and habits can be changed. You need to start practicing and putting the image in your mind how your will react the next time your SO wants food. Pre-plan snacks that you can have while he has his. But you should also only snack if your hungry. There is also a book called "Beck Diet Solution" that is supposed to help with food behaviors. Loot it up on Amazon and read the reviews.
