Short journal this morning.
Since I am back from holidays I feel so much better! So, good food, good weather, good friends and family solved my winter blues (yep, it still feels like winter in Germany).
Anyway, yesterday it was a good weather day, even though very cold, and DP and me went for a walk in the park. It was amazing! Then I went to a classical music concert with a friend of mine, in the evening. Discovered two new (to me) composers I happen to like very much. Gig was very good.
On Friday morning I felt like going runnin. It was ages I did not wake up with that energy levels, it was such a nice feeling!! And I did go running! Only 20minutes, in the nearby park, it was great!!! It was only +2Celsius, I never went running before with such a low temperature (hey, I am Italian! we are spoiled with good weather...).
I am preparing a job application for a dream job. I am doing my best!! I really want that job!! :)
What else? I decided to go low carb low sugar for a month at least, after eating so much stuff in Italy, since I felt bloated and not able to digest properly. Well, starting again it is as hard as the very first time I did it. Feeling hungry most of the time and giving in to sugars at night, from time to time. I don't want to be angry at myself, it's just the sugar&carb devil, in a few days I will feel way less tempted. I will keep going low carb for maybe two months instead of one.
It's funny, I am on maintenance, even if I gained two kgs in one week in Italy, and am planing another low carb diet. Kingkeld is right, what's the difference between maintenance and dieting? :)
Time to work on my application.
