I finally decided to face my fear of the scale the other day and stepped on it..it said 130lbs. I had been dreading the scale for that very reason. This is the heaviest I have ever been. I don't feel comfortable in my own skin and my clothes don't fit right. At a height of only 4'10" 130lbs makes me looks wide as Hell. I miss my body when I was 115lbs because I had the right amount of curves and my stomach was flat. I had more energy and everything. I know I've gotten really lazy and resorted to drive-thru's for my meals. So step 1 is to cut out the junk food because that's where most of my problems are coming from.

Well the first step in weight loss is being able to hold yourself accountable. So great job for stepping on the scale. Now you can take the steps (pun intended) you need to lose weight and exercise. You can do it!
