They have been replaying a bunch of the "Best Of Oprah" episodes lately, and My DVR records them, so I went in to watch one today and it was about "Amazing weight loss stories". I loved it! So many people who lost weight the right way. Just by eating healthier and exercising. One woman lost 560 something pounds! !!! !!! ................! Isn't that crazy? Thats like 2 of me!
Anyway, I was really inspired by it. Makes me exited for what my future holds. I was surprised though, this one woman on there weighed 267 pounds when she started, and in 18 months she lost 121 pounds. But she doesn't have ANY loose skin at all. I've been worried about that. What my body will actually look like after I loose the weight. But I guess that's a little hope that it could still look okay, right? lol. Anyway, I'm off to go walking.
