well it's been almost 2 weeks since i started back on FS and can't seem to lose any weight. i guess the up side of this is that i'm stable at where i started -- at least i haven't gained anything.
2 main problems are that i can't eat the total amount of calories alotted for the day (1700). i usually intake anywhere between 1400-1500. And problem 2 is that i need to focus on exercising everyday.
