I've been in maintenance since March, but slowly see the scale creeping up again. Time to get back with the program. The MFP site has been down more than up lately, so going to try FS again, see how well I can do here.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
