My first goal is to get back down to 150.5 - that was my lowest weight I got down to on LA Weight Loss last November......then came the holidays! I would love ultimately to be at 148 - back in the 140's and I think it could be maintainable.
I am thinking long term plans for maintaining too. I like Weight Watchers and their new health habits; for example, planning your exercise a day or more in advance and always eating a fruit or vegetable at every meal AND with every snack.
I was at one of my more heavier weights when we went to Alaska last summer and it makes you not want to be in very many pictures. Next winter we are planning to go to Hawaii with friends and I want to look good, as well as be toned and fit for that trip!
