I've lost weight (13 lbs) and inches (8) and my clothes fit really well. Bought a pair of jeans 2 sizes smaller! But I am still having trouble when I get on the scale and the number is not as small as I'd like it to be thinking I haven't progressed. This is such a mental game!!
