Good weigh-in this morning. I was likely a little dehydrated, but very happy to be below 160. I've worked out hard and consistent since January 1 although my diet has been a bit inconsistent.
I just got back from NM and I'm on my way back right now. Another big meeting tomorrow morning. Super busy right now.
The family is all good. Still another month with DJ. Love having him around, but he's ready to get started! Ryan finished wrestling and did we. Finished 15 & 5 or something like that with a few varsity matches. Kate just started more tennis and Megan is enjoying basketball. Mom has had some bad headaches, but seems to be doing better with Todd. Likely because she's interested in buying an iPad... We'll see how long that lasts.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
