Im sick with a cold, still having neck pain, and havent lost a single pound......im so frustrated. I know i dont have anyone to blame but myself but geez this isnt easy and its not gonna b any easier. Why cant i diet and eat some of the things i like while doing it? o yea because its impossible!!! GGGRRRR

Hang in there!!! We will find a way to make it happen. I know it's very frustrating but you just have to find something that works for you.
