Well, weight was up a tad today. I snacked late on celery and cream cheese, and could have gotten more water in. My carbs were just over 25. I need to get a little more stringent with those carbs.
I did exercise yesterday, both aerobic (23 min) and dance with weights (11 min). I'm hoping to have slayed some inches when I measure on Sunday.
I feel like I'm doing almost everything right. It is also weird to me that I consistently go down after nights I have a drink (alcohol) or two and the days I go up are after I abstain. This doesn't really make sense, unless the alcohol is dehydrating me (I don't see how 1 or 2 drinks would do this).
I will continue to track (here, on Atkins and on WW) and see if I can figure it all out.
