Feeling disappointed and angry with myself - I've been overeating in the evenings again, 4 days in a row. I know I have only myself and my state of mind to blame, but those 4 evenings are showing up a whopping 2.5 kilos gain on the scales. I know it's mostly bloatedness, water retention, etc but when I think of how long it took to lose it and how quickly it comes back it's hard to feel that this is not all completely pointless.

Don't lose heart, dear. And, hey, I'm back...well, mostly. I've been back in the form of logging my foods again since the middle of January, I've just not visited the FS website in quite a while...Now that school is back in session, it's more difficult to find the time. I'm going to do an official weigh-in tomorrow, and will 'splain a little more of what's been going on with me. Meanwhile, as I said, don't give up on yourself! Remember, it's a marathon, not a sprint : ) We'll get there...I'm REALLY glad YOU are still here, my friend : )
