I am such a wimp!! Cold temps have arrived and I don't like them. One good thing is that I have lots to do around the apartment. Plus I squirreled away some of my big clothes too! Can put lots of layers under them. When I go out it is a dress for warmth not fashion.
Anyways yesterday I wandered over to the grocery store and loaded up on all sorts of veggies. However when it came time to eat I did not want anything I bought. So I filled up on bread! Let me tell you I feel it this morning, :( :(!!
I also had an emotional breakdown too. Sitting around with friends and felt so disconnected from everyone. A complete sence of loneliness crept over me and then the tears started to fall. Perhaps the boredom got to me, or maybe it was just one of those moods. I don't know, today though I have got to fight it and attempt to stay busy as I can.. Doing whatever!
On a brighter note.. I start my water challenge tomorrow and I plan to weigh in again before it starts. I'm wondering if my herbal tea counts towards it as I only use a little sweetner in them.. Speaking of tea, I found the most delish one it is black cherry.. Holy yumminess!

Yesterday was my stay busy day...shoveled, cleaned the basement and closets :) glad it's done. Today is another cold one... going to look around to see what I can take off my Ta-do list. Glad you got back on the water :) Black cherry sounds good. I bought choc hazelnut decaf green tea and a vanilla one.. Talk later... let us know what u got up to today :)

Hey chica. At least you have the veggies!! I made the mistake of getting junk food this time! :( I think I got some frozen veggies... Sorry about the breakdown. I'm waiting for mine to hit. I expect one day in the next couple of months I'm going to look like one HUGE mess. Water challenge sounds promising... I should get back into that habit myself. Big hugs!!
