Wow its hard to believe how easy it is to go over my points.
I am still in the realization and baby stages of this game plan.
subway doesnt look like such a good choice or i should say it was the 2 cookies that killed my day. amazing how such a simple thing can make such a huge difference.

yeah your right~ I need to eat less carbs i think. and of course get some exercise.. moonlite you have some odd foods in your menu hehe i have to figure out what some of it is.
