ok i am just trying to understand the point system. i think i am suppose to have between 20-25 points a day.. so i will have to iron things out as i go along.. seems bananas are high in points..
so i will have to look into good substitutions.

I'll PM you the points quiz, so that you can calculate your daily target points you are allow per day. ;o) From old school WW, you could also eat within point ranges 20-27 between 150 – 174lbs. I've found that both works, although points ranges can be useful in preventing or breaking plateaus. Certainly I've found that after a while I couldn't eat the same amount of points every day.
